Our meeting rooms are equipped with state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment and both wired and wireless Internet access. An adjacent covered pre-function area is perfect for receptions or coffee breaks. Special events, cocktail parties, receptions and dinners for up to 80 guests may also be held on the Resort's private beach.

Please contact the receiving department or your Conference Service Manager for special arrangement for delivery of oversized packages or environmentally sensitive equipment.

Post-conference shipping

Shipping of post-conference materials may be coordinated through your Conference Service Manager.

Maintenance

The Engineering Department is available 24 hours a day for general assistance with lighting, room temperature control and minor repairs.

Family programmes

The Resort will be pleased to help arrange appropriate on-site or off-site activities for visiting families. You may choose to participate in a wide range of beach sports, or let our Concierge arrange off-site activities for you, such as a visit to the National Botanical Gardens or a tour of the Ste. Anne Marine National Park.
