BOURBON STEAKIn keeping with the importance power daytime dining in the nation's capital, BOURBON STEAK is one of only a few of Michael Mina's restaurants to serve lunch. Mina and Executive Chef David Varley have created a distinctive menu sourced from the East and West Coasts to offer a culinary experience sure to delight guests. Known for his signature slow-poaching method of cooking, Mina delivers a modern menu that focuses on the finest meats and seafood available both locally and worldwide. Designed by Rockwell Group of New York, the 5,400-square-foot (502-square-metre) restaurant boasts a private dining room that is available for special events and private gatherings. The private dining room accommodates 22 guests for a seated dinner or 35 guests for a reception. SpecialtiesThe restaurant features contemporary American fare with a focus on seasonal ingredients, as well as Mina's award-winning butter-poached meat and poultry and classic seafood dishes.
