Located on three levels and covering 12,500 square feet (1,161 square metres), the Four Seasons Fitness Club and Spa offers a wide range of fitness and pampering options. This state-of-the-art facility features a comprehensive array of cardiovascular equipment, each with a television, DVD player, CD player, radio and individual headset. A complete line of Cybex strength training equipment is available, along with personal trainers for optimum fitness enhancement. The Fitness Club features an indoor lap pool, eucalyptus-scented steam room, as well as an aerobics studio.

Additional amenities
The facilities include three sofa sitting areas, two with remote controlled televisions. There is also an outdoor patio area with chaises longues and umbrella table seating, overlooking the historic C&O canal. Cold bottled water is available on each of the three floors. Guests can stay connected with a personal computer workstation, with a high-speed Internet connection as well as a cable connection for television, news or even a movie. iPod minis are available for musical entertainment.
In addition to all of these items, we also offer freshly squeezed juices, sodas, and fresh fruit, coffee and tea, complimentary. We also feature a "Healthy Spa Menu" offering light, healthy lunches. Other amenities include L'Occitane bath and body products. We feature robes and throws from the Kashwere Collection, Elizabeth W products and Slatkin Candles. We also carry a full line of workout clothing available for loan.
