Our Spa is an oasis of serenity, located just a short drive from Los Angeles, where guests can relax and unwind. Its marble interior encompasses over 40,000 square feet (3,716 square metres). In the main lounge, California sunshine spills in from a skylight and dances off a waterfall. A Chinese bridge leads to separate men's and ladies' lounges and overlooks a unique water feature graced with orchids.

A holistic menu of massages, facials and body treatments blends Asian traditions with modern Western sensibilities. Twenty-eight treatment rooms epitomise the ultimate in pampering. All open onto private outdoor gardens. Four lavishly appointed suites each offer a fireplace and a private plunge pool.

Guests also have the opportunity to incorporate the variety of wellness services available at California Health & Longevity Institute into their spa visit. Options include healthy cooking classes, consultations with an exercise physiologist or registered dietitian, and complementary therapies such as acupuncture, hypnotherapy or healing touch.

In keeping with our philosophy of healthy living, a menu of light fare including salads and sandwiches is available at the serenity pool. Legendary Four Seasons poolside service provides further pampering, offering frozen and fresh fruit and cooling spritzes. The Spa's pool and cabana area is open on a seasonal basis from 6:00 am to 8:00 pm. Please enquire at the Spa for details.

Outdoor cabanas

In the landscaped garden, you can lounge beside the heated outdoor swimming pool or relax in one of 10 poolside cabanas, each furnished with lounge chairs, a flat-screen television and a private bar. Amenities include games, personal music players and reading material. Two private cabanas, each with a plunge pool, are available for couples' spa treatments. Cabanas are available for rental in half-day and full-day increments; please ask the Concierge for details.

Stress Relief Package
With Wall Street's woes dominating the headlines, who couldn't use a bit of stress relief? Guests reserving the Stress Relief package at California Health & Longevity Institute will enjoy a 50-minute therapist's choice massage and one complimentary alternative therapy such as a consultation with Dr. Steven Tan, one of the country's leading stress experts and integrative physicians. You may also choose to minimise tension through acupuncture, guided imagery or healing touch. Exclusively for guests reserving the Stress Relief package, additional alternative therapies are available for just USD 125.00.
